While we no longer believe tracking your fertility signs is important for swaying, here is how you do it if you want to. Those of you pursuing Extreme Gender Swaying methods will need to use these methods as many of the EGS techniques require you to track your cycle.
Pink swayers, be aware that this level of constant attention and thought to the inner workings of your body, focusing on the smallest detail every minute of every day...or as we call it "swaycession" (obsession about swaying) may undermine your sway. Blue swayers, be aware that feeling like you have to do all these things perfectly and feeling overwhelmed by it all may undermine your sway by making you feel you can never get it right, leading to a sense of being defeated before you even begin.
