Over the years I have encountered lots of pink swayers who inexplicably were not getting pregnant. Without exception, these were the strictest of swayers, doing the most intense diets, exercising a lot, losing too much weight, often taking supplements like myoinositol and cinnamon even when they didn’t need them, and they almost always had experienced at least some disruption in their menstrual cycle.
I used everything in my Natural Gender Selection bag of tricks to enable this group of women to conceive - cutting out all the old school sway tactics that cut odds of conception by a lot (timing, frequency, pH, herbal supplements, antihistamines, and most especially shallow release) - and nothing worked. Even when they gained a little weight back and relaxed on their diet somewhat, and even after their menstrual cycle normalized, they still didn't get pregnant. When that happened, I had them have all the standard infertility testing done, and nothing was wrong. Some of them then went on to have unsuccessful IVF/IUI rounds. A few of them even gave up totally.
And yet nearly all these women did eventually get pregnant. They fell into the following categories:
Some of them gave up swaying totally and just tried to get pregnant. They relaxed on diet and exercise or gave it up completely. They were typically pregnant the first month or two after making the switch.
In other cases, something happened in one particular month to mess up their sways. They were moving house, they had to go to a wedding, a vacation, someone had a birthday or anniversary, etc. They ended up pregnant after really relaxing on diet and exercise. Most of them were flabbergasted at how easily they’d fallen pregnant after many months and in some cases years, of trying.
A few gave up TTC completely, stopped dieting or even thinking about trying any more, and were shocked when they ended up pregnant without expecting it and not even actively trying. These women often lamented how hard it had been to get pregnant when they were trying, and then how easy it had been when they didn’t even want to be pregnant.
Do you see the common factor here? All these women had been too strict on diet and exercise, and then they eased up on diet and exercise. Not just a little, not just an extra hundred calories around the edges or whatever, but a LOT. Once they were no longer dieting too strictly and exercising too much, they were able to conceive.
This may, at first blush, seem like an encouraging story - if you cut back too far on diet and go overboard with diet, you can turn that around. And that part of it is encouraging. But in many cases, it took them years. In the case of the people who did unsuccessful IVF/IUI rounds, it took years and tens of thousands of dollars. Many of these people experienced one or more miscarriages along the way. And sadly, a few of them ended up with no children at all after having wasted the last years of their fertile window chasing a sway that was just too strict.
Pink swayers, please heed my words - you MUST NOT sway too strictly. I tell you guys to start off eating more food than you think you need for good reasons. I have the BMI cutoff of 21 set there for a reason. I have the calorie limits - 1500-1800 for most people, 1800-2000 calories for a substantial minority, only a handful of people should be eating 1200-1500 calories, and NO ONE should ever go below 1200 calories - set where they are for good reasons!
I do not want you to suffer all this stress and heartbreak. Please have an adequate food intake as it is written in the Low Everything Diet and increase that if you need to. You can and likely should go above those levels when you're starting off, just to see how it goes for you. If weight is flying off of you, even at 2000 calories, eat more. The LE Diet is not and never has been a starvation diet. Even if you were thinner in the past, stay in the BMI limits. Be sure you are eating at minimum 30 grams of fat a day, and most people do better on 40-60 g fat, not counting the fat in fruit and vegetables. If you're experiencing changes in cycle, even if only mild and minor ones, you cannot continue losing weight and eating too few calories and fat. Above all else, please start off less strict than you think you need to be. You can always get stricter over time, but starting off too strict leaves you with nowhere to go.
Please consider giving up the old school sway stuff - timing, pH, herbal supplements, frequency patterns, antihistamines - that don’t even work and cut odds of conception considerably. Do that before you have spent many months on a very strict sway diet and intense exercise regimen. Diet and exercise have a cumulative effect; the longer you’re doing those things, the likelier it is your cycle will be negatively affected, so drop things that don’t help your sway and prevent pregnancy before losing too much weight.
If you've been trying for longer than 3-6 months, especially if you haven’t been using a lot of very strict sway tactics, and you haven't gotten pregnant, please message me for help on this Substack. Don't go on and on while weight flies off, and not message me for the better part of a year, by which point your ovulation is stopped and you have lost too much weight. I can help you turn excessive weight loss around, but only if you let me know what's going on. Sooner is better than later.
At the end of it all - most of those women still got their desired gender even though they had to relax on diet. So please don't let worry about getting an opposite prevent you from reaching out to me for assistance.
